Having Trouble Landing Clients

Hey everyone. I opened my agency roughly 4-5 months ago and I have yet to land a client. I offer services like web development, FB ads, IG ads and management, and animations. All of my opportunities have been bombed before even revealing a price. Whether that has been potential clients simply falling through, them not responding to emails, dodging my calls etc.

Other potential clients do not even respond, or simply reject me without question. I have tried numerous methods to try and pickup clients, but none seem to work. I have tried calling businesses, emails (with my own domain as well), handing out my business cards, having my family spread the news, and even writing letters and mailing them.

I've gone through so much and not a single client yet. I am not sure whether it is me, or my location or maybe something else. Nonetheless, its frustrating.in terms of my location, I live in Canada. Specifically a city called London. Not to say its small, or there are no businesses who need services, but more rather they've got it figured out on their own. Also, there is no way it could be my prices. All of my prices are fair and most don't even go over $250 CAD ($188.50 USD) start up costs for services such as web development, IG management AND FB ads all together. I would even offer low monthly fees, but still nothing.

At this point, I am willing to do anything to land a client. I would even work for free just to prove that I am capable of handling a project for a client. I am young, eager and most importantly wiling to work. Please feel free to give me any suggestions, or maybe even guide me to my first client. I am more than happy to take advice and to learn.

Your prices are way too low for the amount of work and headache it's going to bring. It doesn't sound like you're ready to start an agency yet. Try landing a job at an established agency to build up your skills and get an idea how everything works. Or build up a client base via upwork and/or word of mouth.
