low engagement even after shadowban

It's been almost 4 weeks since one of my posts got deleted. I waited 2 weeks for the shadowban to pass but the engagement and reach havent recovered and they are less than half of what they used to be. What can I do?

Sometimes it can take a bit to recover from shadowban, I’d just try and keep being consistent and engaging with your community of followers and followings. Maybe try switching posting times up a bit, try and utilize other features of IG like stories and IGTV to push people to your recent posts when they are posted.

Is it even worth continuing after shadowban? I always thought the account becomes wasteland forever

In my experience, my posts have been falsely deleted for irrelevant violations. And they didn't give me an option to appeal it. Right after, I was shadow banned. & My account has had to recover every time
