I've got a message from google that my account is suspended because of suspicious payment activity.
I've recently started promoting a linked youtube channel with paid ads and bought 10k views from a BHW marketplace seller, is it got something to do with that? or just the payment card?
Should I just change my credit card?

If the actual account was suspended for suspicious activity of payment, then you are not allowed never to create another google ads account with same CC and billing details, and you can't promote same youtube channel since they will suspend the next account that will do that too.

We had the same with on of our accounts. And it was just the payment we needed to update. So there should not be a problem with getting it open again.
You will just need to prof some information about the owner of the creditcard etc etc

No don´t make a new one. Try to fix this one. They will just suspend the new one aswell and then you get perma ban for bypassing the system.

- Did you already had adwords acc before and that got banned and this is your new one?
- Did you use your real name, real cc while making this account?
- How many adwords were banned prior to this and did you use the same cc when making other adwords account?

Changing CC won't fix it if it is not the cause of suspension in the first place. If you are unsure of what is the reason for such, better ask Google and find a way to resolve that issue.

Have you contacted support and perhaps filed an appeal for such? Creating a new account will not really fix the issue as the new one will just be suspended as well.

but when all of effort fails, you may consider buying established adwords account,
there are seller here on BHW.

and don't promote anything from last suspended adwords account.
