Issues not resolved, Seller not responding @Jasmine5

It's been 10 days now. Issues not resolved, seller not reponding, no refund policy.

I was just wondering, does this Jasmine5 person have a reputable record? If they have been around for a while and sold their services with many positive feedbacks and then suddenly this happens, I'm just wondering if there's ever been cases where the person may have either: a) passed away (and nobody knows), b) gotten sick or injured, perhaps hospitalized, c) went on vacation and has either forgotten to check or intentionally made plans not to do business in the time they are gone, and lastly d) been hacked.

I'm just curious if any of these are common or has happened in other people's experiences.

As a seller on ebay, I often wondered if someone ever purchased anything and then passed away of natural or unnatural causes and I would never have known about it.

They replied when this SL was opened in a PM to myself and another staff member, instead of replying on here < despite being instructed to do so >, so they are aware of the SL here.
If they haven't replied in the next 72 hours, I will see about perma banning them.

So he's alive and well enough to reply to Paypal but not on here.
If he's not back on here today he can have another temp ban and them it can become perma ban.
