this is another competitor, seems he took an expired domain and did the same.
Even both of above people having few another sites with many backlinks like above with expired domain grabbing and creating backlinks on that domain.

why they don't get any google penalty?
while i focus on on-site SEO , still they are on good ranks because of this.

Do you have any idea "how to outrank them without having this much backlinks ?"

P.S. we all on the first page. but he is on rank 1.

Ad through social networks. This way you'll gain visitors. And if your onpage seo is good, they will stay. Google will notice it and eventually you will be on top.

For the spike I would say they redirected a domain/s, so they mostly don't count.

Did you notice that they have 111k backlinks from 1.19k domains? Didn't it get you thinking?

)) Backlinks from exoclick add to SearchConsole http://prntscr.com/p89kj1

Oh, Ok.. But these are the links from the ads mainly from pop-under ones, which are leaving link footprints in search console.
See, the sub domain "main" is used by exoclick for advertisement purposes. like = main.exoclick.com/click.php?data=3d etc.
I still believe that these links don't have much to do with SEO or providing any link juice.

Additionally you haven't explained what you meant by
just use https://admin.exoclick.com - you will like results )
This ?
How to use admin.exoclick.com to create backlinks ?

Regards.

Look at the loss of keywords and traffic. Just keep building quality backlinks. They want to play this game, it's only a matter of time before they get whacked.

idk, for example instead of paying an overpriced amount for a very bad seo tool you should invest in some link building ?

What do you want us to tell you? He clearly isn't doing white hat SEO and it is just a matter of time until he gets caught. Until then though the website will most likely continue to gain a higher position.

Stop focusing on their strategies and focus on your own quality SEO work.

I'm in a play with him like a year,
didn't saw any SERP down coming for him,
i'm looking for others opinions/experiences regarding such a case.
thank you, I'll focus on myself.

Best advice right there.

They may be ahead of you now but as long as you keep working hard. You will fly by then when they fall, its a given.

thank you, I'll focus on myself.

he might be doing guest blogpost on 100s of blogs that are high authority! those links are what google is hungry for!

:(

Keep doing solid SEO and you will get rewarded eventually! :)
I know it can seem daunting but stick with white hat SEO.

Why dont u actually look at the backlinks and try the same?
