Here is my honest review for this service. I bought the gold package (10 edu links) and got the report in three weeks. Communication was smooth. The article is well written and human readable. Two out of ten links are indexed. 9 do-follow and 1 no-follow.
I received three contextual links with low OBL (<11). The rest are non-contextual links with OBL ranging from 65 to 1370. To me, this is huge and look abused. I would appreciate if seller replace these high OBL links with other edu sites with less spammy links. I know you can't control the OBL, but if the edu sites already have >100 OBL, why bother submitting the outreach? I'm not sure these seven links will bring any link juices to the site since the OBL is very high.
