- will the job board allow sign ups and postings from public? If yes, what happens if the postings are not related to the city of the board?
- upon purchase of the website, would there be an option to add-on another city as "expansion"?

a) the prices can be changed by you, those are defined in the e-commerce side of the solution.
b) Yes, what happends? you will have to erase them I guess, but why would somebody pay to post a job on a website that it is not related to the category nor the city?
c) It depends on the configuration you want, you can chose a city focus site example: Bostonjobs.com or a State focus site example: Texasjobs.com a category site example: medicaljobs.com or even a site specific for a trade or profession mechanicalengineerjobs.com or typingjobs.com so if you are not sure where to start, start with a State wide site we have jobs from Canada (english and French) and United States

You mentioned before you needed cpanel access. If I don't feel comfortable giving you cpanel access, can I give you a wordpress user with admin privileges and then you use a plugin such as duplicator to copy your site?

Install a vanilla wordpress on your cpanel, give me access and I will send you the instructions to configure the cron jobs, not an issue.

WP job manager works more for job sites that want to push traffic to the other big sites like ziprecruiter and get paid for that traffic. It sounds like this one utilizes the API of those big sites without the do follow link "for more info" or "apply now" which takes the website visitor away from your site to ZipRecruiter.

However I might be wrong. The seller can enlighten us.

Actually I was wrong. When I clicked the apply now on a job post it took me directly to CareerBuilder. So it seems it works just like WP job manager accept it pulls complete description

Wp- manager just work with 2 providers, they do not allow the customization we allow (an entire state, a specific category or a site for a specific job title), it does not integrates the Google for jobs schema nor it allows the e-commerce integration so you are leaving money on the table, besides that it sends you just a partial description of the jobs and sending the same jobs to everybody which makes you unrecognizable to any search engine and very hard to bring traffic and use the full money potential of the market.

If the same jobs are already listed on multiple websites how does Google determine which job to list in Google jobs? Or is there multiple duplicate jobs and Google jobs because the same job is posted in hundreds of job boards? Can you be detailed in your answer.

This is a basic seo question if all the newspapers have the same news how is Google capable to know which ones should rank? the same answer for everything.... backlinks.

Once we get the site, do you show us ways to keep getting traffic to the site?

Guys please stop thinking so locally, this is the internet... why would any of you want to cater to people in Africa, Australia, England or whatever else when you have the biggest market in the world at your reach? the USA and Canada!!! you will make up to $49.99/month on the e-commerce side of the solution with the monthly subscriptions

So you buy one of this sites for a United states city, you get clicks to your adsense (if you decide to monetize it like that) or you charge money to the local people in that city to put their jobs on Google for jobs... why do you keep thinking on markets that have smaller potentials than the biggest market in the world????

The adsense clicks are worth more, in that market people can pay in usd with no issues, you can create a list of North American people and send them CPA offers with the highest payouts, etc..
