You will not get a solution if you intend making thesame mistake

It's not about getting another account as you could always create a new one even with thesame name and billing

The main issue with getting or not getting banned is account age then keyword + lander

That's if you have real cc

I had my account banned 2 years ago for "circumventing system". I was just using shopify/jewelry. No cloaking or nothing. But they won't unban my account. I want to promote something else whitehat.

I can create a new account on a vps from any country and get phone Numbers from this country. I just need a payment solution with another name.

Payment solution are no big deal for tire one countries

You can always get this from the market place

But using vp s is not that safe

So saying you can make account from any country is off it

Payment option is not the only thing required to avoid ban. Your newly created account must not link with your old account else they will instantly ban it.

Pre pay by EFT. Send 1 month worth of clicks and you will have no problems. I don`t think google cares who`s name is on the card. The google account is banned not the card

Maybe try using new account too, try buying an account with an attached cc, and have another with a backup
