Hi everyone,

I am new to this wordpress installation/cpanel stuff.Right now,I am just confused,to say the least.I don't just know where to go or start from here.

Please check out my Wordpress Cpanel at https://cashmantle.com/wp-admin ,and see what it is telling me.

Sincerely I have battling with how to retify that issue for the past 4-5 hours but it is still not working.

Any idea,please?

Thank you @stromind ,but the fact is that I can't access my Wordpress Cpanel.Or is there any other way to access my Cpanel apart from Wordpress?. I need help please.

Wp-admin isnt your cpanel. Your cpanel is what you use to control your entire server, not just the wordpress login.

currently unable to check anything else, your entire host is offline atm....

1st. Rename your htaccess to oldhtaccess
2. Rename your plugins folder to Plugins5

Then try to access your dashboard because I believe there is something creating loop redirect within your WordPress

Seeing a too many redirects error. Is that what you're referring to? If so, go to whoever you have the site hosted with (hostgator, bluehost, dreamboat, etc.) or check your email and look for your Cpanel credentials. Then when you log in, go to your file manager and check the checkbox to show hidden "dot files". Then look for .htaccess and check for mistakes there. Probably an issue with trying to redirect to https or www.

Rename my htaccess from where?,from where do I do that ? I mean,how can I rename my htaccess?

cPanel>> File Manager >> Settings >> Tick (Show Hidden Files) >> Right Click .htaccess file and chooise Rename

The problem is that my login to my webhost Godaddy dashboard is not responding for over 2 days now,neither the my WP Cpanel

The problem is that I can't even lay hand on their email contact,the chat is not working and they don't have dedicated phone contact for my country Nigeria,

Next time do not buy hosting from GoDaddy There are many other options available

Namecheap hosting is very cheap and their support is one of the best. You may want to use GoDaddy for domains only
