Which type of proxy i can use and can anyone suggest me any good proxy provider.
And how i can create account using proxy and set up it on followliker.

And? Have you heard anything about action blocks, compromised accounts, 6000/30 rule? Please automate them manually on your phone. I'm just trying to save you money here.

Go with 4G proxies. There're a few services on here in the marketplace.

When I try to connect to proxy it works but Im able to make only one acc per proxy and only on browser . Why cant I create from instagram mobile app???

Because you are allowed to 1 - 3 accounts per device. If you go above 3 accounts creation, your device get flagged and your accounts don't even create. There are methods here on BHW but you need to search them for acc creation on device or browser.
