I wouldnt take the risk by using a nulled theme but it got me curious. Would Amazon and even Google Adsense kick you out the program for using nulled themes?

I honestly thought they would have some way of knowing. Glad i asked now

No, but it might get it jacked, leaked, hacked, virus-ed and 100+ other things

I doubt they would notice, but why risk it?

There are many free/cheap themes that work well for affiliate sites. Try GeneratePress. When you earn some money you can upgrade to premium.

Hm, why would they? Not really sure if they will ban for such a reason.

No such thing as a nulled theme. All themes are GPL

But they could be infected

Try a GPL Club like GPLDL or GPL.Coffee

Sincerely,

Not necessarily, and not that simple. If you mean WP themes, even those themes can contain copyrighted resources such as banners, fonts, icons and so on.

Another scenario: A plugin or theme could do exec calls to another program (which came packaged with the plugin, but doesn't need wordpress's environment to work; e.g. a standalone program). That may not fall under GPL as well.

As for the thread, don't use nulled stuff unless you know what you are doing.
