New Adsense - First Banned

Hey there,
so i want to earn with new adsense account, first was banned and im wondering when i get minimum payment amount and they will ask for my adress (i will change my bank number for sure) it won't be a problem because same adress (and probable name) was banned before?

Change the name.
On the address, you can put like:

Real: Street Black 22
Fake: Street Black 22a

The postman will deliver on the same address but you trick the Google algorithms, not sure if it`s still working I used to do it years ago.

The tricks if you want to create multiple Adsense account is try to modified or spin your name and address, for example:
if your real name: John Doe
Address: 4304 White Pine Lane, Pembroke, VA 24136

Then, the modify example like this:
Mr Doe John
Four Three Zero Four White Pine Lane, Pmebroke, VA 24136
