It's OK, 1200DR and 925 RiPs. I think It is too expensive if you're going to use as PNB (if you have only one website). It's useless if you're going to create a 301-redirect because it's not relevant as a context.

I guess I'll just pick a few .com that are more relevant, though with less quality.

Context is a must. 5 weak domains but relevant are stronger than 1 not relevant but with strong metrics. Good luck

check archive and anchors. If they are clean than buy it

Also check anchor text and archive.
Also consider if the name is rebrandable.
