Is this domain worth buying?

I was searching for expired domains to be used for my PBN and also a few to redirect to my money sites. I found this News domain with very good metrics. And the domain got a very good backlink profile with no sign of spam whatsoever.

TF - 20
CF - 20
DA - 53
PA - 41

The domain got backlinks from authority sites like;

BBC
CNN
Wikipedia
Yahoo
nationalgeographic
independent .co .uk
gov. uk
doc .gov(and a few more .gov domains)
cornell .edu (and a few more .edu domains)

Over 1200 RDs. With 250+ domains with ahref's DR rating of 70+ pointing to it.

I've got a few challenges though;

1. The domain is country level (ccTLD) - I read somewhere that this matters a lot.

2. The previous content was written in English and the country's local language. Meaning they've got two versions of content on the domain previously. - I read it isn't advisable to redirect domains in other languages to an English site.

3. My money sites are in the Tech and Family niches. Will it be worth redirecting a previously News site?

4. The domain costs around $360. Is it worth the price?

The anchor text isn't related to my niche. The domain was used by a popular NEWS agency in the residing country. I planned using for a Family-related niche.

Is this advisable?

So you won't get the benefits you expect, especially that is ccTLD.
For this price - you should find pretty nice domain for you niche having backlinks with related anchor text from popular websites in you niche instead of wasting over $300 for worthless domain in you case.

It not changing the fact that is not related anchor text what in reality mean, that power of link will be very poor.
For the $360 you can get great guest post on traffic blog, which will give double benefits, including much higher value of Pagerank passed by link and instant traffic.

It seems not bad for a PNB website. Don't think 301-Redirect could impact your SEO as you expect. No relevant to the niche, country-based TLD, multi-language website.

My experiments with drops beg to differ. You can add a whole bunch of content on the satellite and tweak its theme.

Also my goal is create the assets, where asset mean the PBN which not only have great power for outgoing links, but also have traffic and you can sell such site at leatest 5 times more expensive that cost of creating / rebuild it.

As the result, you can sell your PBN as blog including link to your site - it much better way, especially that the buyer is usually trusted for Google
It mean that whois not will be hidden

And it's really not hard to sell it at minimum 5-10 times more expensive, if you have great links from authority sites such NYTimes and traffic and Google ranking.

Especially that is not a secret that link from articles at HuffingtonPost cost $4.000

It's OK, 1200DR and 925 RiPs. I think It is too expensive if you're going to use as PNB (if you have only one website). It's useless if you're going to create a 301-redirect because it's not relevant as a context.
