1. Domain metrics are relative : finding a domain with thousands of links on it in most of the cases are rubbish.
1.1 That link from theme forest is actually a complain, if you want 1 '' powerful link'' from outlook.com just put some ilegal shit on your site, report your site as spam and you will have a link from there. Much seo lesson level 9000
1.3 Finding regional tlds, in 99.99% of the cases will require national ID on that country.
2. Flaming me on public is not the best way. But I will answer in few words: that licences was 89 usd each ( my money) and I said I will give them to someone who needs to do some cash flow online. I've just saw you a day earlier saying you work on Internet full time ( according to my small brain you do enough already)
