could ebay sue me ??

Last summer i decided to start selling on ebay to get some extra money , so i started buying some digital product and resold them on ebay for a profit , i made a $200 profit in a week , but for some reason paypal put a hold on my money and , i couldn't withdraw the money ,but i was able to spend the money on ebay to buy stuff , because of all the issue with paypal that i couldn't resolve and me not being able to sell on ebay (i can't withdraw the money so i can't buy new stuff to sell) , decided to spend all the money on my paypal to buy a new iphone and get done with the online business , i paid all my ebay invoices except one , this one only had $1 on it
because of that invoice that my bank account declined , every month $15 is added to it , it has been 14 months now , so now i have to pay $181 to ebay , for no reason , as a fee for my bank charging them back
i already contacted them and they told me the only to fix this is to pay .

what country are you in? that definitely doesn't sound like something that would Merit legal action, depending on what jurisdiction you're in and what sort of Consumer Protections they have Where You Are they may or may not be able to further make you miserable by reporting it to the credit bureaus as a collections debt but that would be about the worst they could do best advice that never ever sign back up with them in your name or with a bank account with your name or let them have any access to anything similar because they will claim the right to debit that account and you might wake up one morning and find your bank account cleaned out

They won't.. It will be about a decade before it might be worth their time. I don't have experience with eBay but I do with quite a few other companies.

That being said.. This is all for the US. I'm not sure how it may differ is they were to use French law

In the US they would eventually sale the debt to a collection agency.

eBay will move it over to a collection agency so eventually your pay but will be more fees than now.

UK law.

first thing you should have done is stopped all direct debit to your bank.

then you would have dealt with eBay via letter a long time ago.

if you now stop direct debt there send the collectors in.

yes, you have to eventually pay, there being charge like you would be charged from your own bank with no money in.

the worst can happen is collectors.

so the is yours let it run don't take the debt off or let collectors take it up or
just pay as s lifetime lesson.

the only time it will get heavy if you don't pay back the collecting company then it court but if unemployed no cash / low income even then the judge might say £1 per month.

I think it wise to call eBay to a payback with then directly if possible , then go bank councel ebay direct debit.

better to sort this then mind blowing u .

I know 0 about French Law, if you were in the US I'd say they couldn't do Sh*t, perhaps there are some French members who can shed some light on this for you?
