Cheaper countries for fb ads

I am looking to promote a product to get sales with the help of fb ads, and I want to try countries with low cpc, which one do you recommend?

I am a selling on FB too and have multiple store in different countries, and yes there are countries in europe with $1.5 CPM lol but those countries use only COD. So if you dont own stock and do dropshipping you have no chance unfortunettly. I started these days a store in Germany (dropshipping) but CPM $30
