Instagram is down for last days.. I cannot manage my legit accounts. But yes, check what you post or at least give credit to the actual owner.

You probably can't. I had my account suspended/deleted without any warnings and when I emailed them, they ignored me. It's been roughly 3 years or so now. Just create a new one and hope for the best.

That's nothing close to a deleted message IMO (at the point of being deleted, you'll be logged out and get a notice explaining you're deleted , with a "read more" and/or "appeal" button if you tried to log back in)

If you get back into your account, also check if you're shadow banned. I've seen 3-5+ threads this week saying something got deleted & the accounts got shadow ban (mine too)

Im facing the same problem A viral company who buy and sell instagram content from their owners reported me couple of times, and my account is facing the same issue even i click the aknowledge checkbox and submit button nothing happen only ared alert in top and the same page still load in loop and tell me that i need to click aknowledge checkbox, this is never happened for me before ,my account is close to 3 years old, last strike was from more than 1 year, and i got now 2 strikes in a row, i think that this is an issue and let's hope instagram will fix it else we will just lose our accounts that we worked for many years .
