Site Appearance: The site looks professional and neat. Its obvious Francis and his team invested quite some time into it.
Content: Content is engaging, flows well, and is grammatically correct. Copyscape passed - I posted results below.
Keyword Research: I had some doubts regarding the keyword that he picked for me. When I asked about it, Francis patiently answered all my questions, and I really hope that GONNA WORK and RANK! (I witnessed something now - Wink wink)

Deep research done from long tail keywords and keyword-phrases that will eventually be associated by Google with numerous more keywords. I'm sure my content is at least VERY similar (if not equal) to Spencer's OwnTheYard quality content. The pudding is on the substance and content involved, not the design, logo or themes like many of us tend to focus at the beginning. No need to pay $75-$125 per 1,000 word blog posts as you know as well, that's just assurance and unnecessary peace of mind when you know where to look in my opinion. Glad to have you as my client.

But it works like a charm !, I could not even think of such a lovely buyer indent keywords. all were done professionally by Francis, I am not posting screenshots, but I will save it for later, how my website's keywords ranking goes zero to #1 , #2, #3

Full review to come, but Francis is building a site for me (enterprise). We're not even finished with the content yet, but it's already ranking for 30+ keywords with half on page 2/3.
That in itself is insanely impressive since 4-5 of those keywords have +3k search volume.
I'll do a full review when it's done and has had some time to rank, but to be honest Francis is the BEST experience I've had with building a niche site. I've bought 10-15 sites from BHW over the years, and not one compares yet.
It was so epic I already locked in my spot for an exceptionally larger project with him and look forward to investing thousands upon thousands more with Francis over the next couple years building out sites.

and you've one heck of an expensive acquisition that took me heaven and earth to find! You easily have a
10-12 month advantage, I still prefer brand domains as it's usually a slight short-term advantage judging the expense.
Results definitely not typical here..but like with everyone..well planned from the very start!
