You can recover from any snapshot on the Wayback Machine. It won't automatically pull all versions but you can choose a specific one to recover from.
May I also have a coupon for your dom recovery software (wayback machine website restore)?
And I have a question. Once I have downloaded the files from the specific snapshot can I just upload these files to my public_html folder via Cpanel and have it restored? I plan on running an expired domain with WordPress CMS so am also not sure if there would be a theme issue but that is not much of a concern am just really looking forward to acquiring this handy software. P.S. am new here...

Once you have recovered the site making it live is a simple case of uploading all recovered files to your web host.
You should not install any CMS such as Wordpress, or any other, as it will affect how the site is shown. As every site is recovered as a basic html site uploading is simple but they cannot be automatically converted to support a CMS, you could copy the content from the recovered site to a CMS but you would need to do that manually.
