If the sites generate enough passive income to cover the cost of the site why don't you just make the sites yourself and monetize them as oppose to selling them? If they make money it seems objectively better to just pump out sites for yourself?

Why would domain and hosting sell domains and host other people's websites when they can buy all the domains and host all the websites and make all the money.
Why do content creators write for others when they can just create 100,000,000 of websites (or more), publish their articles and just relax and earn $m forever?
Why do people employ others, when they could just do it themselves and save all their money?
Why would anyone want to sell a site making $10,000 per month for $200,000? why not build 1000 websites making $10,000/m and enjoy freedom forever?
Why can't flippa buy all the profitable sites in their marketplace and enjoy the passive income?
There are many Why, but i will leave you to dig them out.
