So did the scene in Lisbon changed much from your original post? I only get to see Portuguese SEO in LinkedIn, but all pretty basic and messed up stuff.

Sounds like a great idea, but I would suggest less ambitious, something like a monthly gathering. If you this, pls let me know, happy to join when in the country.
