KGR Results

Even if his keywords has high CPC, what do you expect from 50/month volume keyword?
Assuming he can rank #1, he only gets 15-18 visit. And assuming adsense ctr 5%, 0.75-0.9 click per month.
Assuming he can rank all those 50 keywords rank #1. He get adsense click 35-50 per month.
And assuming he gets avg. $1 CPC for all keywords. He gets $35-$50 per month for ranking 50 articles.
That's suck!

I use to agree with your statements, eventually found out it was flawed thinking, imperfect in quite a few ways. From my
pool of sites every week I can tell you this may not be the case every time. To attempt to keep it short and sweet, here's one of the
explanations sent in advance to clients with starting "reasons why" I picked XY buyer intent keyword with such
low estimated amount of traffic.

You brought a great point into place. See the below image with relevant statements made from a guy who's definitely into SEO like
me and you bud..he may only have a bit BIT BIT more of tests than us....great sourceo_O

I've found the same when it comes to "getting only 15-18 visitors"...it just won't be 15-18 visitors according to
what kwfinder, ahrefs or any of those tools will estimate. Thinking 8-16x more visitors thanks to the associated
keywords Google will match with the primary keyword at place.

Quite interesting.

Now I am motivated.

I've just started my 3rd KGR site, and yes, it does work! However...

Not every KGR term will hit page 1 for search term, even with good onpage, and not every KGR that hits page 1 will bring long term traffic. Most articles will get you a few clicks per day, meaning you have to think about the scale of the site. 50 posts may get you 50 visitors a day, and make you $50 a month.

Roughly 1 in 10 posts will take off and start ranking for related terms bringing more traffic. My first 2 sites were simply to test the idea, and what quality of content was required, my new site is going all in and have almost 300 KGR terms and finding more everyday. Now, a 1000 page KGR site, using an affiliate with a longer cookie length than Amazon should wok out much better.

For those post that do not hit page 1, I'm going to build a few very targeted links, these should tip them over the edge.

I'm about to make 100 posts in one niche. I think it's possible to pay atleast for hosting and domain)

Do you think it is better to make one site with tons of KGR pages or several sites in different niches?

use silo method works well with products and articles

I'd say it's always better to have niche focused sites, as this make it easier for Google to understand your websites overall theme. 100 post is a great start, and if your targeting buyer KW's and can convert well, you should easily hit $100 p/m.

Instead of niching down with the site, as you'd normally do, start with a huge general niche, and find 100+ KGR terms for each category that represent sub niches. That way you get the option of both strategies. No need to silo a KGR site, trust me these terms rank, I've even used cut and paste copied content and ranked them. Just follow the KGR rules, 1000+ word articles and leave room to test onpage conversions.

My concern is how he will monetize his website. Adsense? For such low volume keywords? Oh come on..

He is better monetize it with affiliate products IF ONLY he targets buyer intent keywords. Then KGR will taste sweet.

So, you suggest to look for keywords, that can lead to some product?

No info articles?

No info articles?

Yes. Forget monetizing it with adsense.

Info content is good to increase relevancy, traffic and attract links.

It's very hard to find buyer intent KGR keywords.

Even though I found a keyword ,9 out of 10 there is a authority sites on the first page tracking with featured snippet.

But that pages lacks relevance.

Can I rank for those keywords ?

Yes. Forget monetizing it with adsense.

It's not gonna be easy.
Almost every KGR keyword like "buy x in y now" with KD 35 and higher.

There are many variations. Like best x for y, best x under y, cheap x under y and so on. The opportunity is endless..
