How do I make an email deliver inbox say on Gmail?

It still doesn't inbox Gmail. It is a new IP and it hasn't inboxed it at all. What can I do?

Create a couple of Gmail accounts and send some tests to them.
Try to change the E-Mail content entirely, leave out links to your websites, try to from other E-Mail accounts. Maybe your domain is blocked.

I will try this. The email delivers to inbox for protonmail.com but not gmail and hotmail.
It is a fresh domain bought it like 2 days ago and I just ran it through https://mxtoolbox.com and the domain is clean.

There is never a 100% way of reaching the inbox folder of any emails.

However, what you need is a server with a high sending reputation, and content that does not look like spam in order to achieve a high inbox rate.

Places like SendGrid, etc.

It is for scraped lists so I need it to deliver inbox at least, say 50 -60% makes sense enough for me.

You can do it for scraped lists.

However, services such as Sendgrid have automated procedures to prevent you spamming. So you will have to figure out how to get around it, and make sure your content is not too spammy to raise flags.

Thanks I am using SES now, I have set it up fully and my initial reply was declined and I had to type a 4000 word response. I hope I get a positive response this time around.

Things to consider:


Content and trigger words.

Your list (if it has even one honey pot address, you're gone).

IP reputation (warming up, as another user mentioned). New ips have no reputation..

Dkim and spf records.

Unsubscribe link.

And not to mention, if too many people unsubscribe you, your campaign will be gone..

Honeypot addresses are monitored by esps. They are spam traps. If your list is scraped, you probably have multiple honeypots in your list already.

Okay, is there a way to remove this?

Was about to create a new topic about this but I guess I'll just post it here.

I'm only sending transactional emails like registration, forgot password, invoices etc.. and having a hard time delivering to microsoft addresses (hotmail, outlook etc). I'm currently using sendgrid and have everything setup the best I can, also verifying with tools like mail-tester.com to make sure it's just the IP.

The problem is, I only send around ~1000 mails per month so I'm not in need of an expensive plan. But almost every processor requires a plan for ~60-70$/month to get a dedicated IP. Anyone know a solution to this?

To be honest, there's none. That's the point of spamtraps. Those emails are pretty much indistinguishable.
That being said, if you scrape a list from a closed source (e.g. a forum..), the chances will be less.
