I do not know any content locker adult network where incentive is allowed honestly, however maybe some people will really get to know all this and will read it good and correctly. Do you see my point really ? I do not recommend to use that much.

There is no such thing like cpabest. There is only cpabestoffer and it does not provide any content locking opportunity. I've just registered. If you guys any combination with content/file locking + adult content, then please let me know also.
