How To Scrape Facebook ID?

I have access to a forum with some 3,500 audiences and I would like to scape the ID's so I can make a custom audience then start to market products to them. Can anyone point me in the direction to a free scraper that can do this? I have tried google but can't seem to find what I need

One interesting thing you can do is to scrape a fb group, save the users UID's and pay for a FB advertise campaign... In the campaign settings you can insert the UID's list that you scraped ...this way you target the audience.

I bought FB Audience Blaster for the same purpose but it stopper working right after!!
