His profits come from the "Premium Phone Number" he posts.. It is like the 900 numbers in the states.. Call it and he profits.. He spams everywhere.. many forums, YouTube, Reddit, everywhere not just here..

Google "IPRN (International Premium Rate Numbers)" and you will get a ton of websites that provide them for free and pay you per minute..when you advertise them.. many country codes.. It is called call termination.. Satellite numbers 888 payout the most..
