I run on EC2, during the first login it asks me to enter a PIN, I log-in from my local and confirm then It was me.

Now I see an error: [ERROR] login: Error: There was a problem logging you into Instagram. Please try again soon. (restart bot and retry...)

The first login was successful.

How to deal with this situation?

Yes i can login from my mobile but ec2 amazon doesnt

I had the same problem. Resetting the device to the factory settings helped me.
