Did you apply coupon?
VAT is your country specific and we use a payment gateway that follows country specific VAT rules. We have talked in the PM already regarding this matter.

One question about upvoting/downvoting loop. If I have multiple comments to upvotes does the bot goes to account#1, does 1 upvote, then account#2, another upvote and so on until all the accounts are done, then starts another circle again doing 1 upvote per account OR can I get it to do multiple upvotes per account (several different comments for example) in one session, then account#2 again multiple upvotes etc.
If the bot does only 1 upvote per session it may look bad to Reddit I guess since it would be non human behavior.

This software doesn't work for me at all. I've tried adding cookies, it says waiting forever, but if you click "run" the first account in the task list gets "done", if you continue clicking run, all the accounts will get the "done" status which is fake because when you return to your account list, none of the accounts has cookie.

Then I've tried another time, cleared everything, added 10 accounts to the generate cookie task again, clicked load which worked and then I've set max threads to 10 and clicked run, in a few seconds all the accounts received "done" status, but when I return to my account list none of the accounts has a cookie generated.

Is this thing getting fixed or are you giving the refund?

You didn't contact to the support regarding the issue if you did i am sure you would be one of our happy client. Could you please contact support before writing bad reviews? It is really bad to see our valuable client posting bad review of the program right after x hour of the purchase.
