Suppose it's an US youtube account and I'm in Australia. So, if I login naturally without US proxy, will youtube sense something fishy and trigger verification?

What if it's an US youtube account phone verified with an Australian number and I login without any US proxy, will it still trigger any kind of verification?

Jesus, so much to unpack here.
OK! Here goes, I don't think it will trigger anything fishy if it was US-proxy/Aus-number,

BUT, I think it'll be fishy the other way around (Aus-proxy/US-number, because you can login anywhere and upload vids from places, no issue.
But the origin of the account (proxy-based-country) is what it will be 'stamped' with, so to speak.

Someone else can correct/bash/come over and bang my wife, if I'm wrong.
Good luck goose!

I am not expert but I feel that it would create the trigger. Otherwise why people are buying proxy, rdp and phone numbers

It will most likely trigger the PIN verification. You should just buy a dedicated USA proxy or a USA based VPS for best results.

So having two factor authorization enabled and verified with an Australian number, the user will still need to use US proxy/vps to access the US youtube account?

I thought youtube lets their users access their channels from anywhere in the world, so why is regional proxy necessary if already verified properly?

Anytime you login through a foreign IP YouTube is going to ask you to verify yourself with either confirming your full email address or through a PIN.

PIN? phone verification?

Curious about this myself. I would assume using Tor browser to access a youtube account would trigger a verification, anyone tried?
When YT triggers a verification, does it always give option of email and phone? easy to use a burner email, easier than phone anyway!

Any foreign login will trigger the account verification it is just a safety feature.

It does not give you an option it's either phone PIN verify or confirm full email address.

Thanks, but confused!

"It does not give you an option it's either phone PIN verify or confirm full email address." - Isn't that an option?
I was asking if it always gives BOTH options

No, it one of the other. Usually from my experience it's the PIN code.

If need a US # to verify, may verify it at http://SMSPva.com :)

Those online phone verifications often don't work with big tech like FB and G. Never tried that one though.

"You could choose phone or e-mail." - Duh, yeah that's where we were a few days ago. I was asking if it ALWAYS GIVES BOTH OPTIONS, or ONLY ONE OF THEM. Reason being, I ain't giving those swines any phone number that's really mine! But they can have a burner email by all means :D
