i watch too many video on youtube about twitch video upload,they upload video,but i can not found the upload button.only found stream. is twitch stop uploding video? if not then how can i upload video on twitch?

You have to have an average of 3 viewers on your stream, have 50 followers and stream from 9 unique days and 12 hours in the last month, then you'll be able to upload a video.
