if it detects what it will do ? huh down my ranking , i do not mind because i will not depend on seo never < this website depends on social media traffic only

If you do decide to go ahead, you can get WordPress auto blogging plugins that pull articles via an RSS feed or manually scrape a website for content. Just make sure you use a hosting provider that will ignore takedown requests and use something like Cloudflare to further obfuscate matters.

It really depends on who you're pulling the articles from. Even if you do credit the source. I know from experience.
It only takes one complaint for some hosting providers to take you offline, at least for a while.

The big sites that I've seen use canonical links.

I used scrapes plugin with WP. After that I switched to my own python scraper and all import WP plugin. I can easily import 100s posts at once.

How do you know he depends on SEO only?

I don’t, but SEO certainly helps a lot. Besides, if someone reports him, the hosting provider might shut the website down. Even if he doesn’t care about SEO, it’s still a risky strategy.
