How to make google multiple account without phone Verification?

Why can't people understand this? It's so simple. I've said this one time before but this is the last time I will say it. Don't just get an Android phone get a Moto phone. Don't ask why just do it and you will see why.

Update Guys, after creating probably 25 or 30 Gmail accounts with the same phone number Google is saying this number cannot be used anymore! So I guess you can't create unlimited accounts unless you have different numbers real numbers not the ones you find on dingtone and other services.
