Why are people saying this is awesome? It's indexed but it doesn't have any backlinks. AHREFs has no data on it at all. Clean indexed domain - worth a few bucks more than registration?

I own a domain that's pretty dam good in terms of the name (just spot on hits a big porn niche) and I don't use it. I am trying to sell it and I can't get any buyers. The thing with it is there is nothing to it - no backlinks, not much traffic (couple hundred hits a month I just have going to an affiliate link) they would only be buying the name and maybe some niche related traffic. Maybe my price is too high but just makes me think there isn't a high demand for domains with no backlinks. Who is selling products designed by aliens anyway?
