ignore skrill, search "skrill scam" on google. there is enough feedback about skrill on bhw too. they just verified your account and once you have money on the account they will block and even if you 100% proved your details they will charge you 175$ to 585$ for account restoration fees, its a big scam. try other alternative and always go with legal way, my recommendation is use service that support your country don't try illegal. thanks
