If my costumers don't put any notes in the payment for future paypal, how will they know?
Impossible to know that its SMM servies right?

Absolutely not.
If a customer has a problem, they can simply call PayPal and tell them.
If enough call and say it, they'll realize you're selling SMM services and ban you.
Also, if you were using it on a website, obviously they can tell what website the payment came from.

I have an update, i was in call with paypal.

I asked why my account is permanently limited.
They told me that i have been selling servies as "twitter followers/likes/youtube views."

I asked them when my money was going to be released, he told me that he could not answer to that question.
Did also tell him that i have not been in disputes previously and had condition in paypal, so there is no need to have the full 180 days.

He did respond that they might release the funds earlier if there is not dispites etc, but it also might take up to 180 days.


NOW here is the real big issue!
The account is 100% LEGIT the paypal acc.

Cannot use the paypal anymore once the funds are availble.
Can only withdraw them.

You all know that if all the money is withdrawn to bank, you will get raped by your country tax and get serious charges.


What should i do in a situiation like this?

Yeah. And don't worry too much, generally no one chargebacks without any reason. So there's no need to worry. It's just PayPal's protocol to follow to prevent scams. if you are not doing any scammy work then there's absolutely nothing you should be worried about.

That may be, but the chances of any big chargeback are very thin and small chargebacks would only be like a drop from a lake in comparison to that 40k.

And most importantly, you can't change what has already happened. thinking negatively won't bring anything good to the table. So, it's best to think positive and get on with other works.

I'm not thinking negatively whatsoever. I just stated that people DO regularly chargeback with no other reason than wanting their own money back, even if the service provided was splendid. It's not always best to think positive, in this case it's best to think logically. You don't want to be expecting to get money you might not get and spend with that in the back of your mind.

In this case, the money most likely will be returned after 6 months, but my point still stands.

@Intofantasy to be honest i have not used any company to open my offshore account so i can not suggest one.
There is a company here on bhw advertising. Im not suggesting you to go with it. Just take some more information. Google about offshore bank accounts.
When you decide to go with a company take in consideration the minimum amount that should be in account.
Also check the fees for maintenance and transaction fees.
Open the offshore account in a country that protects 50k (deposit guarantee) of your money in case of bankruptcy.
Read and check all terms and agreements before you sign to open the account.

It is easy to open it but just be sure to select the right country and the proper bank.

Paypal is dog shit. They limited my account as well for MONTHS. And it was all a bug on their end that I couldn't verify my account. I phoned several times per week no one knew a fucking thing. They are so stupid there. Finally I got a guy that wasn't incompetent and fixed it in a minute. I couldn't believe it.
