Coming to your doubts, Its sure that they are not PBNs, They are real sites and most of them are yet to gain its traffic.

Your Sales pitch is contradicted to your above reply. How?
Here is How: You have written in your sales pitch:

We're talking about sites with huge readerships where the direct traffic from the link alone will cause a huge spike in your numbers.

These are the sites that other people go to as authority resources and they're the thought leaders in your niche.

If a site is yet to gain its traffic, how do you know that site is going to be an authority someday given the fact that site is not yours.
Care to explain?

Edit: If a site does not have any traffic, what difference does it have with PBN? We all have heard of Niche PBN. Yours look very much like it.
