I was buying Trustpilot reviews and got caught by them. Now they have a large warning screen on my review page that is
killing my business. I have had my site up for 20 years and people
never bothered giving reviews. It is a prank website. Had a period that
I was sick and could not keep up.Any suggestions on how to turn things around
and mitigate the damage

Contact them and ask them what happened. If they publicly mentioned about fake reviews then tell them u didnt do anything and show them that you are in business since so many years and tell may be this was done by competatiors.
