Restricted advertising access

Hi,
I got in the last 2 weeks many businesses with running campaigns the message:
"your advertising access is restricted".
Any idea what's going on?!

Any update on this? I got this also since this past Wednesday.

It is in fact not that the business manager is banned. All my ad accounts and business managers are still running (created under other people and my user invited).

It seems to be that my facebook profile/user is banned from interacting with any ad accounts because it created a business manager that got banned in the past (this was over half a year ago though).

It's ridiculous that Facebook have added these rules now when I have been running other accounts without policy problems for so long. Can't even turn off my own ads now. It's seems like if you do 1 mistake now and get an account banned you will forever be blacklisted.



The question now is do I reach out to Facebook support and risk having them review other accounts further or do I create a new facebook profile that is not banned and invite it to manage my ad accounts with?

I am not running ads against policy now but its for supplements so always a grey zone in facebook.

So did you found any solution for this cause I'm also encountering the same issue where they suddenly banned my FB profile which connecting to the Facebook Manager Account. I've been complying with the ad policies and standards for the whole time and they just suddenly banned my account without any notice and any reasonable explanation where they just ask me to refer back to the Advertising Policies.

Only Facebook support can help with your problem if it was your personal account and you don't violated any of their rules then contact them.

im also getting negative customer experience feedback,ad will reach lesser people,you have some text in the ad,ad was not running because of too much text (but all running actually) so facebook is a shit full of bugs,nothing changed so far.

So try to use less text in your ads. And you will get a better experience.

thanks. but do you think that thing with lower reach makes it more costly? it should be the same thing,i can still reach many people whenever i set 10$ or 50$ daily. does that thing makes cpc more expensive?

It's just logic. You pay for CPM on Facebook. Better CTR -> more reach -> less you pay for each customer. It's the same mechanics with your text, you get fewer customers than you could have gotten, that's why you pay more.

That's Facebook users complained a lot about your ad. To avoid this you can only create a new fan page, new domain, new ads, all should be new. But I'm not sure it's gonna help. Usually, we just change the account to a new one.

I solved my issue just by creating a new facebook user account. It was only my personal user account that was disabled from creating new ads. I connected the new one to same business manager and now using that to manage. I am using them on same IP even without problems.

make another fb page and new posts which u gonna promote. right now,im still getting traffic with those problems and it works fine. but they are saying that im reaching fewer people and pay a little bit more. i made a new ad and removed text from a picture,seems better now. also,im trying to answer all messages at page inbox because im getting so many of them.

Hi Aleee, Right now, I am in the same situation as you were. Did you have to change your credit card as a payment method? And have you had any problems with FB ever since? Thanks in advance

It might be if they are linked in anyway. I got 2 Full profiles ban like this, I was on the same IP tho, maybe with the VPN you might be able to bypass it.

if you are following the rules and you got banned, chances are, it is their mistake. get in touch with the support team and go from there.
however, sometimes, it takes a little while to finally get an answer from fb (the fastes response was 2h for me).

otherwise, if you are starting from scratch, make sure everything is new. from personal profile, ads, page, lander, domain name, everything. in some cases, you also need to switch ips.
moreover, make sure your profile is "warmed up" with posts and new friends, so you do not experience an instant ban.

How did you link a new profile to restricted BM? You can’t do anything to that BM!
