Losing followers every day + some stats

I have a personal page which is losing followers everyday, maybe 3/4/5 followers, I dont use automation. Wondering if the followers are bots being purged by instagram or active users, is there a way to find out? unfollowing app got my account action blocked. My account is 5k and had used f/u a year ago just for 3 ish months. I dont post often. is this normal?

Also under stats for audience I have 3.1k active per day, but 5k followers, is this normal?

Could be both bots and regular followers. If you sdo not post often your followers will get bored and most likely not even remember why they were following you and leave.

You can check if these accounts are bots or real accounts by checking the engagement rate differences. Of course 3/4/5 followers won't affect it, but 100-200 will, so you can wait and check it out.

and how about active followers vs actual followrers, what do other peoples stats look like for this? I also have a smaller travel account which is 500 followers but 372 active, so scaling up seems about right? this travel account has been grown organically and i post every day there

If you’re losing followers constantly, those were bots. Don’t worry, look at the bright side, your engagement just went up.

you have to be a business acount, go onto your page, click where it has profile visits at the top, then go to audience, scroll down to followers and click days and press on the bars to show the numbers. these are the active followers per day. what are your stats like for this?
