You can use + in an Gmail account to setup unlimited amounts of accoubts.

For example, if your email address is [email protected] you can sign up for other services with [email protected][email protected] etc and they will all forward to [email protected]. Set a filter and enjoy!

it also wotks with dots .. like my.test.account will be forward to mytestaccount .. there are few sites that block you anyway from registering more than once even if you this method

Old trick but still nice reminder.

More advanced email signup systems detect this and others say the + are invalid (so use dots as already mentioned).

I don't think so, isn't gmail account attached to youtube one?
