Personally, my favorite adult traffic source on a budget is Plugrush ... Insanely good prices and good traffic, plus you can actually see exactly which publishers domains the traffic is coming from in real time, and you have complete control over either throttling it to on visitor per IP per 24hrs (what I usually set it as) or literally any configuration you want and a publisher's traffic looks fishy in any way you can block them in real time before they eat up much of your budget - but then again I was paying something like $0.00004 (no there's not an extra zero in there) CPM and making a profit.. .BTW I DO NOT work for plugrush nor am I an affiliate - that was literally my experience lol
Others are: AdsPop(.)me, PopCash, PopMyAds, Popunder(dot)net, Clickadu, Juicy Ads, Ero-Ads, Reporo (if you can fork out that much to start, I'm pretty sure the minimum was either $500 or $1k), Those are the ones I've actually bought from and had good (positive, ROI generating) experience tha I can think of off the top of my head..
STAY AWAY FROM PopAds - My personal experience with them as an advertizer is that they literally stole my $25 when I created an account with them lol... The expience was: I see them recommended all over a different forum (that shall remain nameles) - They look cheesy AF but I figure I'd try them anyway... Opened an account as an advertiser - deposited funds, created a campaign - signed out.. went to check on it a few hours later to see if approved or not - "Your access to the Advertiser's dashboard has been blocked" - I contact "customer service" and they fed me BS alledging I had 2 accounts or something (that was the first and only brush with PopAds) I explain that that would be impossible as I had never done business with them prior to that day's transaction - and that I wanted either my money back or the traffic I paid for as ordered.. From that point all I got were copy-pasted replies of "Hi, has your issue been resolved yet? If we don't receive another response from you within 24 hours we will mark this ticket resolved favorably" - to which I reply that it's not and restate it, followed 3 days later by a duplicate of the that last message... anyway that was 2 years ago and I wrote that $25 off as a loss a long time ago lol Just don't buy into the hype of PopAds, they're shady af and bad news all around...
Adult.xyz (adult offspring of ******, same company same exact thing except for adult) - although the traffic is actually real, it's absolute crap and will never convert - they're literally looking at that timer for the 5 seconds waiting to click that skip button, it's a miracle if they even notice one thing about your site
Exoclick - Overhyped, overpriced and from everything I've heard and read, they have really shitty fraud detection... high rate of bot traffic
Adsterra - GREAT if you're a publisher - I get by far the highest popunder rates as a publisher with Adsterra on my adult sites - but as an advertiser, I'd be kinda leary to use them, just because they tend to run really shady shifty ads and I'd hate to pay top dollar to have my brand/reputation lumped in with the likes of their typical advertisers... In short: They are to Adult CPM Advertising what Propeller Ads is to Mainstream (actually very similar types of ads)
