The seller is known to be a good guy around here, and is, and was very nice to work with during the approval process.

Improvement​

The niche edit article was less than a year old. I would have liked something older but for the price I do think it is fair and as the article ages so will the link so "improvement" will come over time and I would be pleased as a buyer if I paid for this link.

A little tip, Folks. When you are buying these kind of curated links do the page with some gentle SEO to get them recrawled. Don't GSA them or anything crazy but a few web 2.0s will do the trick usually.
