UPDATE​

I paid for services via paypal. Then I was redirected to your paypal verification page on your site, it was a blank page. When I refreshed to check my order, it does not show an order.
When I attempted to submit a support ticket, your captcha challenge keeps telling me that there is an error with my answers (my answers are correct). After about the 30th attempt to send a support ticket, I then went to your support forum on your site, and left a forum post in the "Support" section.

I ordered 5 catchall boxes. Still waiting. Please help.

I finally got the issue semi-resolved. After writing innozemec on October 26th, a few days later, I got a reply here. My account was activated. But I only got 3 accounts of the 5 that I ordered. I wrote again to get that corrected, but it has been about five days now, and I have not received a reply to that. At this point, their website is down, and has been down for several days. I paid for a month on October 23rd. But in the past 8 days I have only been able to use the account for 1 of those days. Support is terrible. The service is great when it works. But right now, I have no service, and no refund. I paid about $20 to get one day of service, and I only got 3/5ths of my order for that one day.
Not recommended.

BTW- I was wrong about the dates. I contacted innocoders.com on October 22nd (their time), they replied on October 24th their time, but by October 26th, I had found out their website for http://catchallboxes.com/ was down, and that my accounts were not accessible. It is now November 2nd, and I wrote them almost a week ago, and I have not heard back, I still have no access to my accounts, and their website still appears to be offline.

So I paid on October 21st. I got one day of service, with only 3 of 5 accounts that I paid for, and as of November 2nd 2019 their website is still down, and it has been almost a week since I have heard anything from them.

Keep in mind you've left your negative review on here, please don't post on this BST again, especially as the seller hasn't been online since before your last 2 comments.

Family member had serious healthy issues and I were not able to get online at all the last few days

The customer (spunweb) has just been fully refunded and I am sorry for the inconvenience caused! Sometimes things beyound our control happen, unfortunately
