Just move to Wordpress. Coding it from scratch is just too much hassle and outdated. Especially when they request dramatic changes in the future. So start working with WP.

Try themeforest, just if you are going to code, check that the theme you buy has an open code, if not it will be impossible for you. Your website if fine but you could have it way better with another theme. Good luck on everything

Site looks good (not sure if you changed something according to other comments), however when I am browsing on mobile there is no menu to visit other pages. Consider to add it, also make it sticky when you are scrolling down.
