but 30$ a month for a proxy is not really worth it
any recommended provider?

I think just a private proxy is good enough. Or just use your phone's mobile data as a hotspot and use FireFox portable to store cookies separate from your normal activity.

Some ppl have no other option. For me, there is no reason to have stealth account but from where im Paypal is not a thing. But, the risk is huge, once i lost my only ever account i have never made another one tho

i personally use some of the providers here, especially those 4G mobile proxies, and Residential IPs. They're really good for paypal.

I'd never recommend proxies for PayPal. 4g proxies are reliable ones though
