You should've started out with looking for alternatives. Getting accepted for adsense can be such a pain in the ass sometimes. It's always better to have alternatives ready.
Past 3 weeks you should've had a different network showing ads on your website. Atleast you would've earned something... Even if it's only 50% of what you could've earned on adsense.

For now it's just a blog and i want ads on it, later i'll build a brand around the instagram profile
