The good ones are very expensive, like $10 per link, so if you can't pay that much, don't expect quality.

Check the marketplace. Ask for samples. Read reviews of other members, then decide on which one to buy.

Are those all reviews are genuine, because recently a seller caught, he was using fake ss earnings in his BST

Unfortunately, I can't recommend any one in particular.
Some are fake, some are genuine. Pay more attention to the negative reviews as those are more likely to be genuine.

Anyone could be easily faking his review here, or in the BST... why you think this way is going to be more trustworthy?
Do you think that just purchasing some PBN links is going to be enough to rank n1? Maybe there are other factors that you have not taken into account
If you have worked with multiple sellers without success, my guess is that it's not their fault necessarily. Just try to research other things that could be missing in your strategy.
