Are any of these causing people to get blocked?

I've been unblocked for 2 days and got an account compromised message.

I've used NO automation. Only an app to unfollow those that don't follow back, and an engagement group but I did the likes from a different account.

I was using an unfollower app and I got a message to say id been using a 3rd party app, I was spamming liking though so noy sure if it was the app or if IG could not distinguish between human and bot. Were you doing any actions too aggresively maybe? You stated youve been 'unblockde for 2 days" do you mean blocked for 2 days? Do you have an expiry date in your pop up message?

I had a 1 week block, and got unblocked 2 days ago.

I've unfollowed almost 200 people in the last 24/36 hours. I'm not sure if that's the reason why now?

I had been doing loads of likes for the engagement group, but on a different account that received no message or block.

I've already received a block 5 times and 2 out of the 5 I used no automation so this is becoming extremely annoying now.

I wanted to upload a photo from this weekend gone, from an event. I've uploaded one, and where I used to get 1.6k+ likes I'm on 351 thanks to the constant blocks.

Maybe I should upload the second and just forget about the engagement group?

i think it’s best u stop using the third party unfollower app if u dnt want your acct comprised. They’re not playing w us. I’m blocked until Sunday for using third party apps for followers n likes which is a lie the only app i had connected to my acct was an unfollower app and got this message to change my password several times or my acct could possibly get disabled and i did. Next thing u kno boom I’m blocked from following, unfollowing, liking, and posting for a week

Unless u try to b sneaky and look @ who unfollowed u then revoke access then go on Instagram and unfollow them one by one

I've read somewhere on here you have to do 3-5 an hour, I was doing 30-40.

3-5 is shit, but I can live with 3-5 over being blocked for a week for a 6th time. I have so many accounts I want to unfollow before the new limit, plus ghost accounts. People don't delete their accounts, they just delete all pics and change their name to "not active".

I handle accounts for clients. They do not have the passwords, there are no apps involved, and some get those messages.
I don’t know what triggers them, but it’s probably a false positive on Instagram’s algorithm.

It's ridiculous tbh. My stats have been slapped from getting 5 blocks. 7k weekly profile views to around 600-700. 1600 likes down to 100? Cause I don't appear on people's timeline. This is why I'm using another account in an engagement group to get likes.

How the hell does that warrant a 72 hour block?

I have those who said they would follow back and didn't, and ghost accounts I want to unfollow and now I can't.

Did u let ur acct rest?? Bc if u did then u should b unblocked if u dnt have a date . Every time u mess w it they gonna reset ur time if u dnt have a date

Suppose I'll have to not go on it at all. I had an event Sunday and Monday, so I went on to make 2 posts on each morning, and a few videos in my stories at night. Other than that I may be followed 10 people, 30 likes and unfollowed 50 over 5 days or so. That's not even a lot.

I’m blocked until Sunday. I can’t even post, like, unfollow or follow. Only thing i can do is scroll my TL and post on my story and watch stories. But i barely even been on my page since i been blocked. Them blocking somebody for a week is complete BS. NOBODY should b blocked that long. On my 24k acct a while back they blocked me for 24-48 hours then unblocked me

Yeah I don't even think they give those types of blocks anymore. I just got unblocked and need to unfollow, but I don't want to use the app and get blocked again. Is it even safe to post a pic?
