There are FB groups for this, but unless it's for a high-demand, high-cost niche (degree, loans, etc.), you probably won't get much for that little. Probably 10x that amount and someone might be interested.

Unfortunately they are unlikely to pay you anything for the data as I doubt you can prove the provenance.

So your left with running your own campaigns and getting a profit share.

Checkout somewhere such as https://www.offervault.com/ and choose appropriate campaigns that match your audience, then join those networks.

Well if you just have some data about your local region, better try to sell locally because you won't get much for this online as compared to someone who needs local data for his/her business.
